Job 1: Early Head Start Assistant Teacher

Assist in the instruction of birth to three year old children in activities designed to promote social, physical, and intellectual growth. Meet agency determined goals through the implementation of established curriculum, development appropriate activities and assessments. Responsible for safe, nurturing, and inviting environment for children and their families.

Education Requirements:  A minimum of a Child Development Associate (CDA) credential (Infant/Toddler) or higher (AAS-Early Childhood Education/Child Development, BA-Early Childhood Education)

Duration: 40 hours per week/M-F

Compensation: $10.33-$15.80 based on education and experience; Benefits (medical, dental, vision, 401K, paid holidays, earned time off)


Job 2: Non-Profit Finance (CFO)

Responsible for management and implementation of agency goals, policies and procedures in the financial operations of the agency (including Head Start Performance Standards & other applicable regulations and standards). Managing of multiple funding streams; grant management and management/supervision responsibilities.

Education & Experience Requirements:  A minimum of a BA-Accounting or related Financial/Business field. 2-5 years of experience. Non-profit experience preferred.

Compensation: Salaried position. Compensation based on education and experience; Benefits (medical, dental, vision, 401K, paid holidays, earned time off).
